Students for a Better Education Club on the move!
Translations available in: English (original) | French | Spanish | Italian | German | Portuguese | Swedish | Russian | Dutch | Arabic

I think I can say that I have officially become an activist. I suppose it's slightly odd that I've embraced my cause of improving education and ending California state budget cuts. I mean, it just kind of came on randomly after I heard about Right To Learn CA and their work (www.RightToLearnCA.org), but now this is half of my life, practically. My friends and I did a lot of work on April 18 protesting the budget cuts, and now, miraculously, I actually have a club going! Students for a Better Education works to improve education all over the world. And we're doing stuff (though we have practically no members). We're going to try to go to a rally on Wednesday the 21st against the budget cuts, and we're starting a publicity campaign about our club. I feel proud that I'm working to make a difference in the world and pushing others to as well.
